Need a form?   Download and print one of these forms for your baptism or wedding at Hampton Church or if you would like to be on our electoral roll (Please read the CONDITIONS for Weddings and Electoral roll).    Or if you have spoken to Chris our Administrator about booking our Church Hall and agreed a date and time, then you can download our hire form to be returned to Chris with payment before your booking.

 

Complete the appropriate form and send it back to us, addressed to The Parish Administrator, c/o The Vicarage, High St. Hampton in Arden, B92 0AA or bring it along to the Church Office at the side of the church  on a Tuesday before 3.30 pm, Thursday before 1 pm  (There is a postbox on the wall for outside of these times).
